83.117.58.117: added my response -nym

Perhaps you could provide some more relevant examples? I imagine you have a comic artist or two in the Netherlands . . . GreenReaper 4 sep 2013 14:04 (CEST)

---

I'm personally not aware of any Dutch furry related webcomics. Plenty of happy-go-lucky English furry webcomics out there, but given that the comics are in English themselves already I think it's kind of silly to translate already available listings.

My main objections to this comic page being mentioned on the front page are both it's adult nature and complete lack of a link to the Dutch furry community. Besides that, the page about the comic itself most likely machine translated and is quite irksome to read for any native Dutch speaker.

To be perfectly honest I'm expecting that nobody who has been within the Dutch furry community for more than a week or so, ever really uses this Dutch wiki as a useful resource. The most likely people who are to set eyes upon it are those who came across furry related terms and want to catch a quick glimpse. In that light, having singled out references to adult themes on the front page is not representative of- and can become quite a burden to the organizers of public events.

regards,

-nym

83.117.58.117: Removed the mention of "I.C.Q.". A singled out, -machine translated- description of some adult furry webcomic on the front page of the dutch furry wiki really isn't relevant or desirable for the Dutch furry community. -nym

Welkom
Welkom bij WikiFur in het Nederlands, deze Wiki bevat momenteel NUMBEROFARTICLES artikelen!<br>

Voor een samenvatting van het onderwerp van deze wiki, zie dit Wikipedia-artikel.

*Concepten: Furry fandom - Fursona - Furcode - Second Life
*Conventies: Eurofurence - Furry Weekend Holland- Anthrocon - ConFurence - FA: United
*Websites: Dutchfur - Fur Affinity - deviantART - DotFUR - LiveJournal

cs:Hlavní strana
da:Forside
de:WikiFur Leitseite
en:WikiFur Furry Central
eo:WikiFur:Ĉefpaĝo
es:Central WikiFur
et:Esileht
fi:Etusivu
fr:Accueil
hu:Kezdőlap
it:Pagina principale
ja:メインページ
ko:대문
no:Hovedside
pl:Strona główna
pt:Página principal
ru:ВикиФур:Информационный Фурри-портал
sv:Huvudsida
zh:首页
